在横观各向同性假设条件下.借用弹性力学的半无限平面体边界上受力作用和圆柱体均布载荷作用的结论,导出静压作用下重组木坯料形成的受力关系式,并用试验验证了这些结论。应用这些理论,可以精确计算重组本木束形成达到临界状态时的最大应力,并可建立其强度准则。结论还可以用于重组木坯料加工设备的参数确定和丰富木材学的基础理论。
Under the assumption of horizontal isotropy. Based on the conclusion that the force on the boundary of semi-infinite plane body and the uniform load on the cylinder under the elastic mechanics, the force relation of the formation of recombinant wood billets under the static pressure is deduced. These conclusions are validated by experiments. Applying these theories, the maximum stress at the critical state of recombination wood-bundle formation can be precisely calculated and the strength criterion can be established. Conclusions can also be used to determine the parameters of recombinant wood processing equipment and enrich the basic theory of wood science.
