班主任作为农村实用人才带头人和大学生村官示范培训班的直接负责人,全程跟班管理、统筹组织各方,是组织管理工作中最核心的一环。我从2012年开始做班主任,截至目前共带班13次,在工作中坚持梳理问题、查找不足、总结经验,产生了一些感悟,有了几点想法。本文摘录了几篇手记,有幸借助这个展示平台与大家交流一下我作为班主任的一些心得,希望能得到同仁们的认可与指导。
As the head of the rural practical talents and the direct responsible person of the college student village demonstration training class, the class teacher manages the whole class and organizes the parties, which is the core part of the organization and management work. Since 2012, I have been a class teacher. Up to now, I have held a total of 13 classes. At the time, I insisted on sorting out problems, finding inadequacies, summing up experiences, and produced some insights and thoughts. This article excerpt a few notes, fortunate enough to use this platform to share with you some of my experiences as a class teacher, hoping to get my colleagues recognized and guidance.
