目的对河东区2015-2016年食源性疾病监测哨点医院监测结果分析,了解河东区食源性疾病流行病学特征和分布。方法收集2015-2016年在哨点医院天津市第三中心医院肠道门诊、急诊科就诊的,符合病例定义的腹泻患者信息采集粪便标本进行病原学检测。结果 2015年220例患者中,检出病原体50株,检出率为22.7%。2016年310例患者中,检出病原体78株,检出率为25.2%。2015年与2016年比较,检出致病菌率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河东区食源性疾病致病因素主要是副溶血性弧菌,其次是诺如病毒。需进一步完善食源性疾病监测系统,加强哨点医院对标本的收集和检验,加强海鲜产品风险监测,掌握食源性疾病的流行趋势,有效降低其发生率。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of foodborne disease surveillance sentinel hospitals in Hedong District from 2015 to 2016 to understand the epidemiological characteristics and distribution of foodborne diseases in Hedong District. Methods Collecting diarrhea patient information collected in the enteric clinic and emergency department of the Third Central Hospital of Sentinel Hospital from 2015 to 2016 for pathogenic detection. Results Among 220 patients in 2015, 50 strains of pathogens were detected, the detection rate was 22.7%. Among 310 patients in 2016, 78 pathogens were detected, the detection rate was 25.2%. There was no significant difference between 2015 and 2016 (P> 0.05). Conclusion The pathogenic factors of foodborne diseases in Hedong District are mainly Vibrio parahaemolyticus, followed by Norovirus. It is necessary to further improve the foodborne disease surveillance system, strengthen the collection and testing of specimens in sentinel hospitals, strengthen the monitoring of seafood product risks, master the prevailing trend of foodborne diseases and effectively reduce the incidence.
