作者对54例胃癌行全胃切除作了手术总结分析。男44例,女14例。本组全胃切除占同期胃癌手术的13.8％,5年生存率20.3％。根治切除的5年生存率为34.8％。术后并发症为12.9％,手术死亡率3.7％。着重对胃癌手术中全胃切除的合理应用、手术径路、脾胰体尾的联合切除,消化道重建等方面进行了讨论。全胃切除是胃癌治疗中一个重要的手段。
The authors performed a summary analysis of 54 cases of total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. There were 44 males and 14 females. Total gastrectomy in this group accounted for 13.8% of gastric cancer surgeries at the same time, and the 5-year survival rate was 20.3%. The 5-year survival rate of radical resection was 34.8%. Postoperative complications were 12.9% and operative mortality was 3.7%. Focus on the rational application of total gastrectomy in gastric cancer surgery, surgical approach, splenic pancreatic body and tail combined resection, digestive tract reconstruction and other aspects were discussed. Total gastrectomy is an important method in the treatment of gastric cancer.
