文秘专业的学生将来所要从事的职业是服务类行业,因此高职文秘专业的教学应注重培养学生的秘书角色意识。因此,在教学过程中,教师要正确引导学生树立职业理念,充分发挥学生的主动性,围绕培养学生的秘书角色意识去传授知识技能,组织实施教学。在实践教学中培养学生的秘书角色意识,形成课堂教学、实训、实习三者一体的教学模式,使学生在潜移默化中把握秘书角色定位,自觉培养秘书角色意识,更快速地、高质量地与社会需求接轨。
