目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清sCD40L水平与尿微量白蛋白(MAU)的关系。方法将EH患者95例按尿微量白蛋白含量分为MAU组和尿正常白蛋白(NMAU)组,将二组患者血清sCD40L水平与MAU进行比较并与对照组对比分析。结果 EH二组血清sCD40L水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);EH二组血清sCD40L水平比较:MAU组高于NMAU组(P<0.01);EH二组尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE)比较:MAU组高于NMAU组(P<0.01);EH二组血清sCD40L水平与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关;MAU组血清sCD40L水平与UAE正相关。结论 CD40-CD40L系统参与EH的发病过程;EH患者早期肾损害与sCD40L密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum sCD40L levels and urinary microalbumin (MAU) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods Ninety patients with EH were divided into MAU group and NMAU group according to urinary albumin content. Serum levels of sCD40L in two groups were compared with those in MAU group and compared with those in control group. Results Serum levels of sCD40L in EH group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of sCD40L in EH group were higher than those in NMAU group (P <0.01). Urinary albumin excretion (UAE) : MAU group was higher than NMAU group (P <0.01). Serum sCD40L level in EH group was positively correlated with systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Serum sCD40L level in MAU group was positively correlated with UAE. Conclusion The CD40-CD40L system is involved in the pathogenesis of EH. Early renal damage in EH patients is closely related to sCD40L.
