使用右归丸治疗肾阳虚模型家兔，检测实验动物血中微量元素的代谢情况。结果发现：模型家兔血液微量元素发生了“平衡→失衡→再平衡”的动态变化过程。微量元素与生化指标一样，在动物体内的生物代谢过程中起着特定的作用，微量元素是正确评价病证转归和药物疗效的良好指标。从而证明了机体内血液微量元素在右归丸治疗家兔肾阳虚的过程中，有着一定的变化规律。
Right kidney pills were used to treat rabbits with kidney-yang deficiency and the metabolism of trace elements in blood of experimental animals was detected. The results showed that the dynamic changes of “balance→imbalance→reequilibrium” occurred in the blood trace elements of rabbits. Trace elements, like biochemical indicators, play a specific role in the biometabolism of animals, and trace elements are a good indicator for correct evaluation of disease outcomes and drug efficacy. Thus proved that the blood trace elements in the body of right kidney pills in the treatment of rabbit kidney yang deficiency, there are certain changes in the law.
