几乎所有打网球的人都有种感觉,那就是一到盛夏身体变得懒洋洋的,一点力气也没有。另外,训练和比赛时也难以打起精神。如果你是在室外,训练可能要受到高温和阳光的影响。即便是到室内打球身体也要大量地排汗。人体内随汗液排出的不仅是水分,还有矿物质、无机盐和维生素。人体在失汗过多和高温的情况下就容易出现疲劳的现象。这一切使夏季的训练不同于其他三个季节。下面这些建议会对夏季参加网球或其他剧烈运动项目的人们有裨益。
