[目的]对基层防疫机构实施扩大国家免疫规划工作现状进行调查,以便发现问题和不足,提出整改措施,推动和加快该项工作的实施进程。[方法]在全市122个乡级预防接种单位中抽取21个接种单位进行调查。[结果]在调查中发现,21个乡级预防接种单位均有资质认定书(认定率100%)、疫苗储存合格率80.95%、疫苗出入库登记合格率80.95%、儿童预防接种信息系统建设率和使用率分别为76.19%和61.90%、疫苗使用登记合格率仅为42.86%。[结论]基层防疫机构是实施扩大国家免疫规范工作的重要机构,也是薄弱环节,加快其能力建设的步伐势在必行。 [Objective] To investigate the status quo of grass-roots epidemic prevention agencies in expanding national immunization programs in order to find out the problems and deficiencies, put forward corrective measures to promote and speed up the implementation of this work. [Method] Twenty-one vaccination units were selected from 122 vaccination units in the township level for investigation. [Results] The survey found that 21 township vaccination units have a qualification certificate (identification rate of 100%), the vaccine pass rate of 80.95%, the vaccine out of storage registration rate of 80.95%, the construction of vaccination information system construction rate And the utilization rates were 76.19% and 61.90% respectively, and the pass rate of vaccine use registration was only 42.86%. [Conclusion] The grass-roots epidemic prevention agencies are the important institutions for implementing the work of enlarging the national immunization norms, and they are also the weak links. It is imperative to speed up their capacity-building.
