本次研究旨在提高现有PVC胶带涂布生产效率、表层质量、经济和环保效益,设计一条先进的生产线,提出先进的面胶逗号刮刀计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布方式,采用大的温度调控范围分段式干燥系统,并通过大量的实验分析,优化出最佳涂布工艺流程和生产线的主要运行参数。实验结果表明:本次设计的生产线能够使得生产效率提高40%,涂布均匀度达±0.002mm。
The purpose of this study is to improve the production efficiency, surface quality, economic and environmental benefits of the existing PVC tape coating, design an advanced production line, and propose a composite coating method combining the measurement of an advanced surface plastic comma and anilox roller , Using a large temperature control range segmented drying system and through a large number of experimental analysis to optimize the optimal coating process and production line of the main operating parameters.
