通过对川西北地区中学生体育锻炼情况进行调研,发现学生体育锻炼的主动性不高,频率不够、时间短、运动强度不合理,养成锻炼习惯的学生只是少数,针对上述存在问题,提出了加强中学生参加体育锻炼的若干对策,以供广大体育工作者参考.
