本文研究了常压下糠醛在催化剂(Cu-Si)存在下转化为糠醇的催化加氢作用,确定了催化剂适宜配料比和高活性催化剂的制备方法。最佳催化剂糠醛处理量为300g/g(催),接近英国和法国同类催化剂,其糠醛处理量分别为310kg/kg(催)和340kg/kg(催)。同时考察了该催化加氢反应条件,确定了最佳工艺条件,并对这类催化体系的作用机理进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, the catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol in the presence of a catalyst (Cu-Si) was studied at atmospheric pressure, and the suitable ratio of catalyst and the preparation of highly active catalysts were determined. The best catalyst for furfural treatment was 300g / g (catalyst), close to the similar catalysts in UK and France. The amount of furfural treatment was 310kg / kg and 340kg / kg, respectively. At the same time, the catalytic hydrogenation reaction conditions were investigated to determine the optimal process conditions, and the catalytic mechanism of such a catalytic system were discussed.
