本文首次全面地分析了新疆的食物中毒发生概况。我们于1981年2月向各地、州,市、县和农垦局团级以上的卫生机构发出通知与调查表,搜集1976~1980年食物中毒的资料。资料来自全疆33个地区、州、市、县卫生防疫站和农垦局的43个团以上的卫生科。除了乌鲁木齐市外、新疆13个地、州、市都有上报资料。经过统计分析,新疆五年来食物中毒的基本情况是: 一,近五年来食物中毒有上升趋势。二,食物中毒分类构成是细菌性食物中毒占62.3%,中毒人数占89.3%,死亡人数占51.5%,病死率为1.2%;非细菌性食物中毒占37.7%,中毒人数占10.7%,死亡人数占
This article first comprehensively analyzed the occurrence of food poisoning in Xinjiang. In February 1981, we sent notices and questionnaires to health agencies at or above the regiment level at all localities, prefectures, cities and counties and the Bureau of Reclamation to collect information on food poisoning from 1976 to 1980. Data from the 33 areas in Xinjiang, state, city and county health and epidemic prevention stations and Bureau of Reclamation 43 groups above health department.
