对美丽胡枝子(Lespedeza formosa)花粉形态进行了光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察,并以胡枝子属中进化水平较低的二色胡枝子(L.bicolor)花粉为对照进行比较分析。结果表明:美丽胡枝子的花粉粒极轴×赤道轴为23.7μm×14.2μm,花粉粒大小均匀;二色胡枝子的花粉粒极轴×赤道轴约为20.3μm×11.5μm,花粉粒大小变异较大;两种花粉均具3条萌发沟,表面纹饰的基本类型都属网状纹饰,这些特性与传统属级水平分类一致;从花粉表面纹饰看,二色胡枝子演化水平高于美丽胡枝子,后者为山东胡枝子属中较原始的一个种。
The morphology of the pollen of Lespedeza formosa was observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The comparatively analyzed pollen of Lespedeza formosa with low evolutionary level was used as control. The results showed that the polar axis × equatorial axis of Lespedeza macrocarpa was 23.7μm × 14.2μm and the size of pollen grains was uniform. The polar axis × equatorial axis of Lespedeza bicolor was about 20.3μm × 11.5μm, The two types of pollen have three germinating furrows, the basic types of surface ornamentation are reticulate ornamentation, these characteristics are consistent with the traditional genus level classification; Pollen surface ornamentation, Branches, the latter of Lespedeza is one of the more primitive species in Shandong.
