目的:比较自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和WKR大鼠血浆和血小板中神经肽Y(NPY)的含量, 以及ADP、凝血酶和胶原引起血小板聚集和NPY释放的差别.方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定血小板及血浆中NPY的含量.结果:SHR和WKR大鼠血浆NPY含量无明显差别,分别为2.1±1.0和1.8±1.0μg·L~(-1),而SHR血小板中NPY含量(32±6 μg·L~(-1))显著高于WKY大鼠(22±9 μg·L~(-1)).凝血酶和胶原可引起血小板聚集和NPY释放,SHR显著高于WKR大鼠;而ADP虽可引起血小板聚集,却不引起NPY释放.结论:SHR血小板中NPY含量增高、释放增多.
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of neuropeptide Y (NPY) in plasma and platelets of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and WKR rats and the difference of platelet aggregation and NPY release caused by ADP, thrombin and collagen.Methods: Radioimmunity The contents of NPY in platelets and plasma were determined by analysis.Results There was no significant difference in plasma NPY levels between SHR and WKR rats (2.1 ± 1.0 and 1.8 ± 1.0μg · L -1, respectively) 32 ± 6 μg · L -1) was significantly higher than that of WKY rats (22 ± 9 μg · L -1). Thrombin and collagen induced platelet aggregation and release of NPY, and SHR was significantly higher than that of WKR While ADP could induce platelet aggregation without inducing NPY release.Conclusion: The content of NPY in SHR platelets increased and the release increased.
