我国应用于10万立方及以上大型浮顶储罐的国产调制高强度主要有12MnNiVR、08MnNiVR,其应用预示着我国大型浮顶储罐板材必须靠进口的现状发生了改变。该类板材定性为:屈服强度490MPa以上、抗拉强度大于610MPa的大线能量焊接调质高强度钢板。本文主要以新疆石油工程建设有限责任公司(以下简称新疆油建)多年的大型储罐焊接施工经验为依据,并根据对调制刚强度钢板进行的各种性能试验及焊接工艺评定试验,对其焊接性、应用于大型储罐时的焊接工艺进行分析讨论。
