新型工业化是现代化的重要基础、新型城市化的重要支撑。胡锦涛总书记指出,坚持走中国特色新型工业化道路,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子,是加快转变经济发展方式的重要途径,是全面建设小康社会的必然要求,是提高我国综合国力和国际竞争力的重要保障。省第十三次党代会提出要建设“物质富裕、精神富有”的现代化浙江,必须坚定不移走新型工业化道路。深入实施“工业强市”战略,加快推进新型工业化,充分发挥工业在赶超发展、浙中崛起中的重要作用,符合中央精神,体现省委要求,顺应发展趋势,切合金华实际。
