随着我国经济水平的不断提高,市场竞争形势日益激烈,因此,为了应对激烈的竞争环境,事业单位的改革形势刻不容缓,而人才改革是事业单位改革的前提和动力。建设改革人才队伍,加快改革步伐,成为事业单位的重要工作之一。本文主要介绍事业单位改革人才队伍建设的具体方式,说明改革人才在事业单位中的重要作用,以期为促进事业单位的发展提供帮助。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economy, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, in order to cope with the fierce competition environment, the reform of public institutions is urgent. The reform of personnel is the precondition and motive force for the reform of public institutions. It is one of the important tasks for public institutions to establish and reform a contingent of qualified personnel and accelerate the pace of reform. This paper mainly introduces the specific ways of public institutions reforming the contingent of qualified personnel, and explains the important role of reforming talents in public institutions so as to provide help for the development of public institutions.
