“电视问政”是政府回应民众的一个平台,搭建了政府与民众面对面交流的桥梁,在大众传媒领域拓展了公共话语空间。根据2012—2015年武汉“电视问政”节目中政府的回应限度问题,从“时间、方式、范围(空间)”三个方面,提出提升电视问政中地方政府回应能力和透明度,应做到:及时回应民众的诉求,提高回应效率;将政府回应制度化、具体化、常规化;重构政府与媒体的关系,实现热点问题的良性互动。
“Questioning Television by TV” is a platform for the government to respond to the public and builds a bridge of face-to-face exchanges between the government and the public, expanding public discourse in the field of mass media. According to the response limits of the government in Wuhan’s TV Q & A program from 2012 to 2015, this paper proposes to improve the response capacity and transparency of local governments in television’s political affairs from three aspects of “time, manner and scope (space)” , We should: Promptly respond to people’s appeals, improve the efficiency of response; institutionalize, substantiate and normalize government responses; reconstruct the relationship between the government and the media and achieve positive interaction on hot issues.
