铺面材料是钢桥桥面铺装获得成功的关键因素之一。以往的大跨径钢桥桥面铺装中,所用集料多为玄武岩,类型较为单一。本文提出在钢桥面环氧沥青混合料中以分布较广、价格低廉的辉绿岩代替玄武岩作为铺装集料,形成一种性能优异同时降低工程造价的新型环氧沥青混合料。文中首先对集料进行基本性能测试,研究了辉绿岩环氧沥青混凝土的强度、高温与水稳定、抗冲击与抗滑、低温抗裂等力学使用性能,与玄武岩环氧沥青混合料性能进行对比,然后对辉绿岩环氧沥青混合料进行技术经济分析,为其在大跨径钢桥桥面铺装中的应用提供了可靠的理论与依据。
Pavement material is one of the key factors for the success of steel bridge deck pavement. In the past, the long-span steel bridge deck pavement, the aggregate used is mostly basalt, the type is relatively simple. This paper proposes to replace the basalt as a pavement aggregates by the widely distributed and low cost diabase in the steel bridge surface epoxy asphalt mixture to form a new type of epoxy asphalt mixture with excellent performance and low project cost. In this paper, the basic properties of aggregate were tested first, and the mechanical properties of diabase epoxy asphalt concrete were studied, such as strength, high temperature and water stability, impact resistance, anti-skid and low temperature crack resistance. Contrast, and then the technical and economic analysis of the diabase epoxy asphalt mixture for its long-span steel bridge deck pavement application provides a reliable theory and basis.
