本文认为高科技企业的知识创造能力是其可持续竞争优势的来源,进而系统分析了影响企业知识创造能力的各个因素,提出了决定高技术企业知识创造产出的四个要素互动模型,最后指出了促进企业知识创新、提升高技术企业可持续竞争优势的人力资源管理实践的具体措施。
This paper argues that the knowledge creation ability of high-tech enterprises is the source of their sustainable competitive advantage, and then systematically analyzes the various factors that affect the ability of knowledge creation of enterprises and puts forward four interactive models that determine the knowledge creation output of high-tech enterprises. Finally, The specific measures to promote the knowledge innovation of enterprises and enhance human resources management practices of sustainable competitive advantage of high-tech enterprises.
