A保健食品青睐“亚健康”“亚健康”的三个遗憾遗憾之一:尚无科学定义据国内“亚健康”提法的一些倡导者介绍,这个词始于上世纪80年代中期——苏联学者布赫曼通过对世界卫生组织的健康定义进行研究后发现,“亚健康”是一种介于健康和疾病之间的中间状态。令人遗憾的是,人们迄今未能找到“亚健康”的科学定义。
