脏腑机能与气血阴阳机能目前,中医基本理论教科书中的脏象部分,基本上都是遵从《内经》之脏腑机能体系。关于这个体系的形成、发展以及它在中医学里的地位,已有不少专门论述。为了加强对中医基本理论的研究,我们认为对中医基本理论问题有必要进行一些系统的探讨,从中医学角度来考察现行的概念是否就是中医学最新并且最能反映中医临床实践的概念,是否还有应该继续完善之处。从而能够更好地指导临床,促进中西医结合的研究工作。
