本文采用边界积分法(BIEM),计算陶瓷面砖在自然温度变化条件下瓷釉界面温度梯度,分析其热应力对陶瓷热稳定性的影响.结果表明:釉和瓷体的不同膨胀所引起的不等收缩只是形成面砖龟裂或剥落的原因之一,而表面应力疲劳才是造成这种现象的主要原因。
In this paper, the boundary integral method (BIEM) is used to calculate the temperature gradient of the enamel interface under the condition of the natural temperature change of the ceramic tile, and the influence of the thermal stress on the thermal stability of the ceramic is analyzed. The results show that the unequal shrinkage caused by the different expansions of the glaze and the porcelain body is only one of the reasons for the cracking or peeling of the brick, and the surface stress fatigue is the main reason for this phenomenon.
