目的 :探讨转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶在糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法 :以尿蛋白30mg/24h为标准,将糖尿病患者分为2组:对照组(尿白蛋白<30mg/24h)和观察组(尿白蛋白>30mg/24h)。对比(1)对照组和观察组转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶水平。(2)转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶三项指标联合与单一指标检测糖尿病肾病的灵敏度和特异度。结果:(1)对照组和观察组转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(P<0.05)。(2)转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶三项指标联合检测的灵敏度和特异度高于任意单一指标(P<0.05)。结论 :转铁蛋白、血同型半胱氨酸、尿N-乙烯-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶联合检测可提高早期糖尿病肾病的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the value of transferrin, blood homocysteine and urine N-ethylene-β-D-glucosaminidase in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods: Diabetic patients were divided into two groups according to urinary protein 30mg / 24h: control group (urinary albumin <30mg / 24h) and observation group (urinary albumin> 30mg / 24h). (1) The levels of transferrin, blood homocysteine and urine N-ethylene-β-D-glucosaminidase in control group and observation group. (2) The sensitivity and specificity of the combination of transferrin, blood homocysteine, urine N-ethylene-β-D glucosaminidase and single index in detecting diabetic nephropathy. Results: (1) Transferrin, blood homocysteine and urine N-vinyl-β-D glucosaminidase in the control group and the observation group (P <0.05). (2) The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of transferrin, blood homocysteine and urine N-ethylene-β-D glucosaminidase were higher than any single index (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of transferrin, blood homocysteine and urine N-ethylene-β-D glucosaminidase can improve the detection rate of early diabetic nephropathy.
