针对Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ网络的局限性，本文提出了对Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ模型及联想记忆算法的改进：（１）改变其权对称性（２）引入反传学习算法（３）为避免在学习过程中出现振荡，引入基本反传值，并作了理论上的分析，运用改进的Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ网络进行相近的汉字识别，取得了较好效果。
