近年来,随着我国经济社会的飞速发展,城市中土地资源已非常紧缺,为了实现土地资源的有效利用,各地区都将高层建筑作为未来建筑行业的发展方向,与一般建筑结构物相比,高层建筑物结构受力及设计过程更为复杂,本文对高层建筑物设计过程中的水平荷载、轴向变形、稳定性以及抗震设计等多方面进行了分析,然后针对高层机构包含的不同结构体系的设计要点进行了详解,这些分析研究对高层建筑物结构分析和设计都有一定的借鉴意义。
