为宣传贯彻机械工业部发布的“KZ型电焊机用晶闸管”行业标准,促进节能电焊机替代旋转直流焊机工作的顺利进展,北京椿树电子设备厂针对电焊机用电力电子器件的特性,设计制造了必备的晶闸管(可控硅)参数测试仪,以配合各电焊机厂在生产制造以及维修电焊机时对所用元件进行测试筛选,以保证晶闸管元件的可靠性,使电焊机顺利调试和正常运行,避免出现意外损失。全套设备共有四个测试台,可测晶闸管九个参数:通态峰值电流;通态峰值电压;正向阻断不重复峰值电压;反向阻断不重复峰值电压;正向峰值漏电电流,反向峰值漏电电流;门极电流;门极电压;和维持电流。
