一、三线建设奠定了四川在全国的战略性地位当年毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家决策三线建设的初心,是要在我国纵深地区建立抵御侵略战争的战略后方基地,并藉以改善全国的生产力布局。在酝酿和决策三线建设时,毛主席格外关注四川,他多次讲到要注意研究斯大林和蒋介石在战前准备不足、战时仓促撤退的历史教训。
