目的研究妊娠期接受手机辐射对仔鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将32只清洁级Wistar妊娠雌性大鼠按体重随机分为对照组和低(10 min)、中(30 min)、高(60 min)强度辐射暴露组,每组8只。暴露组保持手机听筒位于孕鼠耳部相应时间(10、30、60 min),对照组不接通手机。每日受话3次,连续受话20 d。测定新生大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholine esterase,AChE)活力;饲养4周后,利用跳台试验测定幼鼠的学习和记忆情况。结果与对照组比较,高强度辐射组新生大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力较高(P<0.05),错误次数1较多(P<0.05);中、高强度组新生大鼠的潜伏期较短(P<0.05),错误次数2较多(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期孕鼠接受一定强度手机辐射对仔鼠学习记忆能力会产生损害。
Objective To study the influence of cellphone radiation during pregnancy on the ability of learning and memory of offspring. Methods Thirty-two Wistar pregnant female rats were randomly divided into control group and low (10 min), medium (30 min) and high (60 min) radiation exposure groups, with 8 in each group. The exposed group kept the cellphone handset in the ear of the pregnant rat for the corresponding time (10, 30, 60 min), and the control group did not turn on the cellphone. 3 times a day, continuous speech 20d. The activity of acetylcholine esterase (AChE) in brain tissue of neonatal rats was measured. After 4 weeks of feeding, the learning and memory of pups were measured by jumping test. Results Compared with the control group, the activity of acetylcholinesterase in neonatal rats with high-intensity radiation group was higher (P <0.05) and the number of mistakes 1 was more (P <0.05). The incubation period of neonatal rats in medium and high intensity group Shorter (P <0.05), more errors 2 (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnant pregnant rats receiving certain intensity of cell phone radiation on the ability of learning and memory of offspring will have damage.
