目的分析了解血脂、转氨酶与脂肪肝的关系。方法血脂(TG、CH)采用氧化酶法,转氨酶(ALT、AST)采用速率法,仪器使用美国产BECKMAN COULTER CX5PRO全自动生化分析仪。结果男女脂肪肝患病率差异有统计学意义P<0.01;高血脂症患者的脂肪肝患病率显著高于血脂正常者(P<0.01);脂肪肝患者转氨酶升高显著高于非脂肪肝患者(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝的好发年龄在30岁以上,而多数患者均为健康体检时发现,所以进行年度健康体检对脂肪肝早发现早治疗是非常必要的。
Objective To understand the relationship between lipids, transaminases and fatty liver. Methods Serum lipids (TG, CH) were measured by oxidase method, and aminotransferase (ALT, AST) were determined by the rate method. The instruments were BECKMAN COULTER CX5PRO automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The prevalence of fatty liver between men and women was statistically significant (P <0.01). The prevalence of fatty liver in patients with hyperlipidemia was significantly higher than that in normal subjects (P <0.01). The increase of transaminases in fatty liver patients was significantly higher than that in non-fatty liver Patients (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of fatty liver is more than 30 years old, and most of the patients are found during physical examination. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the annual physical examination for the early detection and treatment of fatty liver.
