胰岛素抵抗(IR)是2型糖尿病的重要病理基础之一,IR也是导致血管内皮损伤和功能障碍而发生动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等血管疾病的重要原因。一氧化氮(NO)是内皮依赖性血管舒张功能减弱的重要标志物,内皮功能失调是NO减少的主要表现。2型糖尿病IR使NO的生成过程和生物学效应受到抑制,导致血管内皮损害的发生。病理状态下产生的NO是IR发生的重要介质之一。现就目前2型糖尿病IR与NO关系的研究进展予以论述。
Insulin resistance (IR) is an important pathological basis of type 2 diabetes. IR is also an important cause of vascular diseases such as atherosclerotic heart disease that lead to vascular endothelial injury and dysfunction. Nitric oxide (NO) is an important marker of decreased endothelium-dependent vasodilation. Endothelial dysfunction is a major manifestation of NO reduction. Type 2 diabetes mellitus IR inhibits NO production and biological effects, leading to vascular endothelial damage. NO produced under pathological conditions is one of the important mediators of IR. Now on the current type 2 diabetes IR and the relationship between the research progress to be discussed.
