利用柴油与水的颜色差异引起的两相界面处的颜色跃变实现对水相高度的测定,并将水相高度的实验值与假设油水界面为平面时的计算结果进行比较,二者存在一定偏差。因此,基于圆弧形界面形状假设,分析了不同油水体积比混合情况下油水界面的凹凸性,油水界面随水相体积分数变化存在一个凹凸转变点,其对应的水相体积分数约为0.5。给出了油水界面曲率半径计算的几何模型,利用数值求解的方法得到了不同持水率下的油水界面曲率值,预测了实验条件下油水两相界面接触角对应的临界水相体积分数。
The color transition at the interface between two phases caused by the color difference between diesel and water is used to determine the height of the water phase.
