班级中横冲直撞、自控能力较差的幼儿都会令老师头疼不已,往往都用说教的方式对待,但效果一般。于是我从家长、教师等方面入手找原因,帮助孩子改正不良习惯。班级中横冲直撞、自控能力较差的幼儿都会令老师头疼不已,往往都用说教的方式对待,但效果一般,没过多久类似的错误又会犯,对于我们这个外来务工人员子女占了90%的幼儿园来说更是如此。偶然一次的“后果”教育尝试,让我反思了教师以及家长的教育问题。
