为适应武钢引进的一米七工程中高精度森吉米尔轧机工作辊的制造要求。摸索了一种中频穿透淬火新工艺(简称ZT法),解决了这种精密轧辊的热处理难关。中频穿透淬火既区别于盐浴和电炉整体淬火,又与一般中频表面淬火和双频、工频淬火方式有所区别。此工艺具有淬透层深,综合机械性能好,残余应力值低,变形开裂小,精度高等优点,对解决高精度细长冷轧辊等工件的淬火有很好的效果。通过生产使用,轧辊的各项性能指标已赶上进口轧辊。中频穿透淬火工艺及相应的淬火机床的问世,对改善和提高我国热处理工艺
