一、危机的思考改革开放以来,作为国营流通渠道的中国汽车工业销售系统企业发生了质的变化。随着产品经济向有计划商品经济的转换,行业系统国营流通企业一统天下的格局打破了,带来了市场的空前活跃与繁荣。但是行业系统的国营流通企业却出现了新的危机。1990年,近700个营业网点的销售额虽然上去了,但效益却比上年下降近1/3。其中相当部分公司是负债经营,这是前所未有的。
First, the crisis of thinking Since the reform and opening up, as the state-owned distribution channels of China’s automobile industry sales system business has undergone a qualitative change. With the conversion of the product economy to the planned commodity economy, the unification of the state-run circulation enterprises in the industrial system broke down, bringing unprecedented vigor and prosperity to the market. However, state-owned circulation enterprises in the industrial system have seen a new crisis. In 1990, sales of nearly 700 outlets, although up, but the benefits dropped by nearly 1/3 over the previous year. A considerable portion of these companies are debt-managed, which is unprecedented.
