教师的素质直接影响着教育效果。语文是一门基础课,语文能力的强弱可影响学生对其他课程的学习,乃至以后进一步的学习深造,所以说,小学语文教学是基础工程,相应地要求小学语文教师要有多方面的素质。如何做个受欢迎的语文教师呢?下面笔者根据这些年的工作实践谈谈几点认识。
The quality of teachers directly affects the educational effect. Language is a basic course. The strength of language ability can affect students’ learning of other courses and even further study afterwards. Therefore, Chinese teaching in primary schools is the basic project, which requires correspondingly various qualities of primary language teachers. How to be a popular language teacher? Here I will talk about some of these years of work practice knowledge.
