骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)既是细胞外基质(ECM)中一种重要的功能性蛋白,又是一种细胞因子。最早由Franzen等研究骨基质成分时发现,因其介导骨组织细胞与骨基质的连接而得名。近十几年来先后被一些学者在不同组织细胞中发现,如肾脏、胆囊、胰腺、蜕膜、胎盘及上皮细胞等。随着认识的不断深入,越来越多的研究发现OPN与心血管疾病、肿瘤的发生发展、抗炎、损伤修复以及在生殖领域等均有着重要的作用。现就OPN在妇科领域中的有关研究进展作一综述。
Osteopontin (OPN) is not only an important functional protein in extracellular matrix (ECM) but also a cytokine. Originally discovered by Franzen et al. On bone matrix composition, it was named for its connection to bone matrix cells and bone matrix. Over the past decade or so has been some scholars found in different tissue cells, such as the kidneys, gallbladder, pancreas, decidua, placenta and epithelial cells. With the continuous deepening of understanding, more and more researches have found that OPN plays an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases, tumors, anti-inflammatory, injury repair and in the field of reproduction. The progress of OPN in gynecology is reviewed.
