注水系统生产用电是油田的耗能大户,对注水系统实行节能措施是探索注水系统节能降耗的方向。本文结合近年来萨北油田注水系统所应用的前置泵串级调速、泵涂膜、注水井局部增压三种节能技术的原理,对三种技术的特点、应用效果进行分析,通过现场应用的验证,讨论三种技术在油田注水站的适应性。为油田注水系统进一步节能降耗提供技术参考。
Water injection system is the production of electricity consumption of large oil fields, the water injection system to implement energy-saving measures is to explore the direction of energy-saving water injection system. In this paper, the principle of three energy-saving technologies, such as cascade pump speed control, pump coating and local pressurization of injection well, which are applied in water injection system of Saabei Oil Field in recent years, are combined to analyze the characteristics and application effects of the three technologies. Application verification to discuss the adaptability of the three technologies in oilfield waterflooding stations. It provides a technical reference for further water saving of oilfield water injection system.
