本文以CCl_4致大鼠肝损伤为模型,观察了水(芹)瓜(蒂)、单味水芹和单味瓜蒂水醇法提取液的退黄降酶疗效。结果表明水瓜的退黄和降酶效果均显著,水芹具有退黄作用,但降酶不明显;瓜蒂降酶显著而退黄不显著。水瓜治疗组大鼠肝脏病理镜检结果与退黄降酶疗效相符。
In this paper, the model of liver injury induced by CCl_4 in rats was used to observe the anti-yellow and anti-enzyme effects of water (cress) melon (pedicle), single-sweet watercress, and single-taste water extracts. The results showed that the yellowing and reducing enzyme effects of water melon were significant, and the watercress had the effect of yellowing, but the decreasing enzyme was not obvious; while the guati decreased the enzyme significantly and the yellowing was not significant. The results of pathological microscopic examination of the liver of the water-melon treatment group were consistent with the efficacy of jaundice and down-regulation.
