主要研究LY12合金板在受到低能量冲击作用后疲劳寿命的变化。选择20J、30J、40J和50J 4种冲击能量对LY12合金板进行落锤冲击试验,并且对未受冲击和受冲击后的LY12合金板进行疲劳寿命试验。采用最小二乘法对疲劳寿命试验数据进行参数估计和分布拟合优度检验,得到了疲劳寿命最佳分布形式,同时采用新单侧容限系数方法,计算了不同置信度(0.9,0.95,0.99)下未受冲击和受4种冲击能量后LY12合金板的疲劳寿命百分位值的置信下限。
