伴随着信息化的不断发展,各行各业都开始了信息化改革。作为培养人才的主要基地,高校也开始了快速的信息化进程,而档案管理的信息化则尤为重要。高校信息化背景下的档案管理能够为全校师生提供方便,同时,减少了档案管理的人力成本,是新型的档案管理方式。我们通过对高校信息化背景下的档案管理进行创新,提出了创新的路径,希望能够促进高校档案管理的创新。
With the continuous development of information technology, all walks of life have begun the information reform. As the main base for training qualified personnel, colleges and universities also started a rapid process of informationization, while the archives management information is particularly important. File management under the background of university information can provide convenience for teachers and students in the whole school, meanwhile reduce the labor cost of file management, and is a new type of file management. Through innovating the file management in the background of informationization in colleges and universities, we put forward the path of innovation, hoping to promote the innovation of file management in colleges and universities.
