近年来,中共本钢板材炼钢厂党委实施了“百名党员一带三”这一特色活动。实践证明,该活动对于增强企业核心竞争力起到了积极的促进作用。结合工作实践,笔者认为以下几个方面经验值得借鉴。一、秉承以政德为先、以职工为本、以生产经营为中心的理念,确保“百名党员一带三”活动的正确政治方向随着企业生产规模的快速扩张,本钢板材炼钢厂的人力资源十分紧张,尤其是有经验、有技术的骨干员工非常缺乏,制约了企业进一步发展。为进一步发挥党员的模范带头作用,提升职工队伍的整体素质,该厂党委决定开展“百名党员一带三活动”。

Especially the experienced and skilled key employees are very scarce, which restrict the further development of the enterprise. In order to give full play to the leading role of Party members and enhance the overall quality of the workforce, the party committee of the factory decided to carry out “one hundred activities along one party”.
