北京钢铁设计研究总院和山西长治清华机械厂合作研制成功了新型数控步进液压缸(或叫电液步进液压缸)。它结构简单、制造容易、成本低廉、动态性能良好,分辨率达5μ~7μ,重复定位精度达±3μ。可用于各种数控机床、数控机械手、大型自动化作业线、高精度多缸同步、液压调平、塑料机械、压力设备、液压剪机、闸门升降、深海机械手、舵机控制等。研制成功的样机参数如下:
Beijing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute and Changzhi Qinghua Machinery Factory in Shanxi Province successfully developed a new type of digital stepper hydraulic cylinder (or called electro-hydraulic stepper hydraulic cylinder). Its structure is simple, easy to manufacture, low cost, good dynamic performance, resolution of 5μ ~ 7μ, repeat positioning accuracy of ± 3μ. Can be used for all kinds of CNC machine tools, CNC robots, large automation lines, high-precision multi-cylinder synchronization, hydraulic leveling, plastic machinery, pressure equipment, hydraulic shears, gate movements, deep sea manipulators, steering gear control.
