1病例资料患者女性,17岁,因“反复活动后胸闷气紧2年,伴双下肢水浮肿6个月”入院。患者入院前2年在活动后出现胸闷、气紧,伴运动耐力进行性下降,偶有口唇发绀,无胸痛、咳喘、咯血,无头晕头痛、黑矇晕厥,无畏光、关节疼痛、皮疹等不适。曾反复在当地医院就诊,行心电图、超声等检查,提示右心室扩大,考虑诊断为“先天性心脏病(先心病)?右心室心肌病?”;并给予
