包头矿是铁、稀土、铌、磷、锰等多元素共生矿。针对包头矿资源的特点,设计了屈服强度为40公斤/毫米~2级的10MnPNbR普通低合金钢,它具有良好的综合机械性能、焊接性能、耐大气和海水腐蚀性能。可广泛用于造船、海上结构、石油井架、桥梁、工程结构、车辆制造、锅炉用钢等方面。现已列为冶金部标准YB69—13。1.化学成份: 本钢化学成份的设计,主要是从资源综合利用的角度提出来的,并考虑到元素的作用和生产的方便,它的化学成份见表1。
