人们认为钛设备十分昂贵的看法,现在该是转变的时候了。我们,作为钛设备的制造厂,为配合用户,已着手制定本十年间降低钛设备成本、扩大其应用的计划。我们已研制出在钛管表面镀上一层钯薄膜(厚度小于0.2微米)的技术,用以生产钛-钯合金的代用材料;并通过多年的工业试验,解决了薄壁管(壁厚为0.3~0.7毫米)钛换热器的设计、生产和使用等方面的问题。试验发现,钛管与那些常用材料,如铜合金或不锈钢相比,由于积垢很少,传热表面积可减少5~30%,其具体数字因处理条件的不同而有所变化。这些革新措施提高了钛换热器的经济效果,因而其安装费仅为其它常用材料换热器核定成本的十分之六到十分之八,尽管钛换热器的一次投资费约为其它普通金属换热器的1.5~2.0倍。
The idea that titanium equipment is so expensive is now time to change. As manufacturers of titanium equipment, we, together with our customers, have set out plans to reduce the cost of titanium equipment and expand its application during the decade. We have developed a titanium tube coated with a layer of palladium film (thickness less than 0.2 microns) of the technology used to produce titanium-palladium alloy alternative materials and through years of industrial testing, to solve the thin-walled tube (wall thickness 0.3 ~ 0.7 mm) titanium heat exchanger design, production and use of such issues. The test found that compared with those commonly used materials, such as copper alloy or stainless steel, the titanium tube can reduce the heat transfer surface area by 5% to 30% due to the small amount of fouling, and the specific figures of the titanium tube vary depending on the processing conditions. These innovations have raised the economics of titanium heat exchangers and therefore cost only six to eight tenths of the cost of the approved alternative heat exchangers for common materials, though the capital investment for titanium heat exchangers is about the other Ordinary metal heat exchanger 1.5 to 2.0 times.
