用一块37/55单元变形反射镜和一台S-H传感器为基础建立了一套实验装置,结合光波衍射理论和波面相差理论,成功地将圆形高斯分布的He-Ne激光束变换为均匀强度分布的方形焦斑。对光学系统产生均匀强度分布的限制因素进行了讨论。
Based on a 37/55 deformable mirror and an S-H sensor, an experimental set-up was established. Based on the theory of wave diffraction and wavefront aberration, a He-Ne laser beam with a circular Gaussian distribution was successfully transformed into a uniform Square focal spot with intensity distribution. Limitations of the uniform intensity distribution of the optical system are discussed.
