国外“穷人进城、富人出城”的现象日益增长。伴随着城市基础设施建设的大规模展开,城镇化进程加快,城镇化水平提升,人们日益增强的物质、文化需求、越来越频繁的人类活动、结构性增长的快速发展对城镇化的要求上升。因此,环保与城镇化的关系也都已经愈加密切,且矛盾也日益突出。绝大多数乡镇在工业化进程中忽视了环境规划和治理,导致环境遭到严重破坏。本文通过提出城镇化建设绿色建筑的新理念、使到城镇化发展与城镇生态环境建设可持续发展。 Foreign “poor people into the city, the rich out of town ” phenomenon is growing. With the massive expansion of urban infrastructure construction, the urbanization process is accelerating, the urbanization level is rising, the people’s material and cultural needs are increasing, the human activities are becoming more and more frequent, and the rapid development of structural growth has increased the demand for urbanization . Therefore, the relationship between environmental protection and urbanization has also become increasingly close, and contradictions have become increasingly prominent. The vast majority of towns and villages neglected environmental planning and governance in the process of industrialization, resulting in serious damage to the environment. This paper puts forward the new concept of urbanization and construction of green building, which makes the development of urbanization and the sustainable development of urban ecological environment construction.
