目的观察氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺在云南大山区的试验效果。方法在鹤庆县血吸虫病流行区,采用氯硝柳胺不同药物剂量进行现场泥敷灭螺,灭螺后180 d内连续观察6次钉螺变化情况和泥敷药泥对钉螺的持续灭螺效果。结果鹤庆县泥敷灭螺试区各药物组钉螺死亡率为51.28%~100.00%,各药物组60 d钉螺死亡率达到76.74%以上,90 d钉螺死亡率达到92.11%以上。药泥室内浸出液和现场沟渠浸出液杀螺试验显示,随着药物浓度的增加钉螺死亡率增高;随着时间的延长钉螺的死亡率降低。灭螺15、30 d后8 g/m2组及12 g/m2组仍有较强的杀螺效果,90 d各组仍有一定的杀螺作用。结论氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺效果较好,在云南高原平坝地区和高原峡谷地区具有一定的推广使用价值。
Objective To observe the test effect of niclosamide mud snail in Yunnan Dashan District. Methods Hepatic schistosomiasis endemic areas in Heqing County were treated with different doses of niclosamide for snail killing. The changes of snails were observed continuously for 6 times within 180 days after snail killing and the snail killing effect was also observed . Results The mortality of snails in each drug group was 51.28% -100.00% in Hep ning region of Heqing county. The death rate of snails in each drug group was above 76.74% at 60 days, and the death rate of snails at 90 days was above 92.11%. Mortar indoor leachate and field ditches leachate kill test showed that with the increase of drug concentration increased mortality of snails; snail mortality decreased with time. On the 15th and 30th days after the snail treatment, there were still strong snail killing effects in the 8 g / m2 and 12 g / m2 groups, and the snail killing effect still remained on the 90th day. Conclusion The niclosamide mud-smelling effect is better and it has certain value in popularization and utilization in Pingba area and plateau gorge area in Yunnan plateau.
